Project Overview

Challenge

To increase the conversion rate (number of visitors who request a demo/traffic), the main UX issues of the website needed to be detected and improved.

Objectives

Main Issues to tackle

  • Page content: All pages look overcrowded and abstract. 

  • Request a Demo: Visitors need to go through a well-designed user journey before requesting a demo.

  • Page flow: The defined user journey needs to be matched with the site sections.

  • Core feature: Some improvement in this page was needed to help the visitors find what they are looking for quicker and easier.

  • Figure out the 5 main UX issues of the website that can increase the conversion rate, and list possible solutions for those.
